About the Role
Altar'd State - 119 Grand Boulevard - Responsibilities: Lead and support the Store Leader by directing activities to achieve store goals, including guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation.; Foster a guest-focused team environment and model company service standards to ensure excellent guest service.; Oversee scheduling, back of house organization, shipment and product prep, inventory/damages, and loss prevention systems.; Train new associates on operational processes and co-manage payroll and store financial performance.; Communicate effectively with the executive team and oversee rollout of floorsets and visual merchandising with district leadership.
