About the Role
Altar'd State - - Responsibilities: Lead and support Store Leader to achieve store goals including guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation; Develop and coach store associates to improve performance and engagement; Oversee scheduling, back of house organization, and inventory controls; Manage shipment and product prep processes (steaming, hanging) and floor sets coordination with Visual District Leader; Ensure adherence to loss prevention practices and protect company assets
