7-eleven - 2040 North Bechtle Avenue - Responsibilities: Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees; Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs; Handle cash transactions, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program; Maintain a clean, safe store environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures; Support retention efforts by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders
