SONIC Drive-In - 104 North Lincoln Drive - Responsibilities: Hire, train, supervise, manage, direct, and develop team members to deliver a SuperSONIC guest experience; Make every guest a repeat customer by ensuring satisfaction; Provide continuous feedback and set clear expectations throughout shifts; Create an upbeat, positive atmosphere during shifts; Manage major restaurant costs including food, paper, and labor while upholding safety and sanitation standards
