About the Role
SONIC Drive-In - 11351 N. Williams St. - Responsibilities: Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team/Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops; Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of food service meet operational standards; Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties; Monitors and makes appropriate adjustments to staffing levels, inventory levels and food cost control; Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times
Responsibilities
- Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure service standards
- Direct and assign staff to meet operating needs
- Perform opening/closing duties and monitor costs
Qualifications
- 5+ years supervisory experience in fast-food or retail preferred
- excellent leadership and communication skills
