SONIC Drive-In - 925 S State Hwy 78 - Responsibilities: Lead and motivate team members to meet drive-in goals; Train, monitor and coach Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops; Direct and assign staff to ensure food service meets operational standards; Manage staffing levels, inventory levels, and food cost control; Perform restaurant opening and/or closing duties
