About the Role

Moe's Southwest Grill - - Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability; Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in Quality, Service & Cleanliness and take action to convert dissatisfied guests into regulars; Provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues; maintain staffing plans and conduct performance reviews; Maintain ServSafe certification and ensure compliance with health and Steritech inspections; Manage food flow from ordering to serving to ensure high quality product, proper portioning and low waste
