About the Role
Jimmy John's - - Responsibilities: Manage a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees; assign, oversee and evaluate work.; Provide on-the-job training for new employees; delegate and is responsible for ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the unit to ensure a minimum loss from waste or theft.; Forecast food items; estimate what amount of each food items will be consumed per shift.; Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty; assist in-shoppers during rush periods to ensure the maintenance of restaurant efficiency.; Greet customers, take orders, use the cash register, assemble order and check for completeness and correctness; ensure world-class customer service.
