J.Crew - - Responsibilities: Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results with a meaningful connection to every aspect of the brand while maximizing profitability; Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.); Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability; Assist Store Director & Associate Store Manager with recruiting, training and development efforts, if needed; Lead fit sessions that boost product knowledge for associates to elevate authentic customer connection
