About the Role
Dunkin' Donuts - 905 S. State Hwy 78 - Responsibilities: Managing A Positive Team Environment; Oversee the preparation of products according to operational and quality standards and manage the service provided by the store team; Provide leadership, direction and coaching to Crew Members throughout their shift; Follow all systems and processes to control labor costs, food costs, and cash throughout shift; Monitor team performance to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met throughout shift
