Assistant Manager- Career Growth Opportunities

Discount Tire is seeking an Assistant Manager – Career Growth Opportunities to join our Retail Operations team in our automotive tires, wheels, and service environment. As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while meeting safety, quality, and sales goals. You will help lead and coach a team of retail and service associates, model our commitment to customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean, efficient, and safe shop and sales floor. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, provide expert advice on tire and wheel options, explain product features and services, and assist with scheduling and workflow to minimize wait times. You will monitor inventory, help manage ordering and stock levels, oversee accurate point-of-sale transactions, and assist with cash handling and basic reporting. You’ll ensure that vehicle service work such as tire installation, rotation, repair, and balancing is performed to company and industry standards, following all safety procedures.
