Buckle - 3100 Southwest College Road, STE 348A - Responsibilities: Greet Guests and provide legendary service to each Guest; Assist Guests with merchandise selection and wardrobe recommendations; Lead by example with showmanship and customer service; maintain knowledge of sales promotions and policies; Recruit, train, and develop Teammates; assist Store Manager in leadership duties; Plan sales goals with Store Manager and execute store education and training initiatives
