Buckle - 3000 Grapevine Mills Parkway, Ste 520 - Responsibilities: Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service; Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals; Plan sales goals with Store Manager and lead Teammates; Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle's standards; Assist Store Manager and act as Store Manager in their absence
