About the Role

Taco Bell - 1920 North Bechtle Avenue - Responsibilities: Build People Capability: drives culture, problem solves, resolves conflicts, communicates and motivates to drive results through others; Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience: ensure complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs and a safe working environment; Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labor and ordering food and supplies to support a $1.0m - $2.0m plus restaurant; Drive customer-focused culture by resolving serious customer issues and coaching managers to meet customer service standards; Grow the Brand, Sales and Profits: analyze sales, labor, inventory and controllables and coach for margin and sales growth
