About the Role

Taco Bell - 593 East Oakland Park Boulevard - Responsibilities: Assist in P&L management by following cash control procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports; Take charge of daily restaurant operations in the GM's absence; Lead sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members; Provide ongoing constructive and positive feedback on team performance; Train, coach, and recognize team members to deliver excellent customer experiences
