About the Role
Weis Markets - 009 River Avenue - Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day functions of deli operations including merchandising, ad execution, associate engagement, and customer service; Coordinate sales and merchandising plans for the department to ensure proper stock levels and freshness; Monitor competitor activity concerning merchandising, pricing, quality, and signage; Oversee department inventories by tracking weekly sales, product orders, and supplies to ensure accurate period-end inventory; Assist with training, recognize performance, and develop potential associate talent
