About the Role
J. C. Penney - - Responsibilities: Observe activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity; collect investigative evidence utilizing CCTV and observations from the sales floor.; Document all stages of investigations and required Company procedures.; Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft in accordance with local laws and policy.; Prepare reports of suspected fraud and policy violations to AP and Store leadership.; Assist with asset protection audits and incident investigations; support store leadership during safety meetings and hazard identification.
