About the Role
Scheels - - Responsibilities: Conduct floor walks to observe and coach the Asset Protection team on processes, efficiencies, and potential liabilities; Communicate with leadership regarding encounters and investigations; Review all stops made by the Asset Protection team including nightly code-out procedures; Maintain a professional relationship with local authorities and law enforcement agencies; Collaborate with law enforcement and other local retailers to identify organized retail crime threats
