About the Role
Nordstrom - - Responsibilities: Resolve theft by using good judgment and conduct quality apprehensions in high shrinkage areas while adhering to policy and AP guidance; Identify theft trends by leveraging technology, reporting and surveillance tactics; Drive a shrinkage reduction culture by implementing action plans and merchandise protection standards; Identify, escalate, and support internal theft investigations through various methods including exception-based reporting and surveillance systems; Prepare and submit prompt and complete reports for all high-profile incidents, merchandise recoveries, investigations, policy violations, safety incidents and other illegal activities

Qualifications
- Experience in loss prevention or asset protection
- Knowledge of surveillance and reporting tools
- Strong judgment and communication skills
