Assembly Technician

Johnson Controls - - Responsibilities: Produce magnetic bearing assemblies and subassemblies, high speed electric motors and drive panels as well as other duties as assigned; Maintain a safe working environment and a commitment to safety excellence; Utilize hand tools, epoxies, and adhesives to produce electro-mechanical subassemblies and assemblies according to verbal direction, work instructions and schematics; Use machines and resources to perform various tasks such as heating, pressing and balancing parts and assemblies; Strip, crimp, solder and terminate wires per Synchrony and industry standards; perform electrical testing on components, subassemblies and assemblies
