About the Role
Manpower - - Responsibilities: Assemble coolers, beverage units, cabinets, carts, and other IRP products following detailed work instructions; Install components such as latches, lids, hardware, casters, graphics, hinges, and wiring based on product line requirements; Apply graphics, decals, and vinyl branding; perform detailed cleaning, finishing steps, and final inspections to ensure product quality; Review work orders, build sheets, and pick lists to understand daily assembly needs; stage materials and move finished products for packaging or shipping; Communicate shortages, quality concerns, or process issues to leads or supervisors to maintain smooth workflow
