About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and shoppers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying local management and/or emergency services as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential risks; Perform armed post duties in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines, site policies, and applicable laws, maintaining professional readiness with assigned equipment; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support loss prevention efforts, observe suspicious behavior, and report security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts
