Ross Stores - 3129 Market Center Drive - Responsibilities: Open and close the store and supervise Associates; Maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment and ensure proper merchandise presentation; Execute and supervise Company operational processes as needed; Train and coach Associates on cash registers, shortage control policies, and Front End procedures; Ensure front end efficiency and proper break scheduling while maintaining safety and security
