About the Role
McDonald's - 219 North Chapel Street - Responsibilities: Develop and coach team to improve and maintain restaurant operations for 3-5 restaurants; Meet and exceed sales and profit targets; Lead and grow team of General Managers to uphold McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and build relationships with their peers and crew; Travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support their management team; Actively engage with Chief Operations Officer to improve the operations of the restaurant
