AR Specialist – Remote Flexibility
About the Company and Opportunity:
- Our client is an exciting media company looking to bring on a part-time AR Specialist to work remotely.
- Duration: through Feb. 2027
- Pay: $26-28/hr - depending on experience
- Schedule: 10-15 hours a week, 3 days a week (within normal business hours)
Overview of the AR Specialist role:
- Manual invoicing (70-80 per month)
- Posting payments (wires, checks, etc)
- Running commissions
- B2B Collections
- Support for vendors and sales team questions
Preferred Qualifications for the AR Specialist:
- 3-5 years of AR experience
- Experience in HubSpot and Oracle is a plus
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
