About the Role

Job Title Application Analyst II, Business Applications Overview Supports MUSC’s academic, research and healthcare missions by providing operational, consultative and collaborative functions within the Information Solutions to support the Business Delivery program, maintaining system updates and assisting operational end users. Responsibilities Assist with development, implementation, and maintenance of the Business Delivery program supporting applications. Perform proactive and reactive support while maintaining a professional attitude and excellent customer service. Participate in team and project meetings; assist with onboarding of new hires. Lead designated projects and provide input on intelligent solutions to improve efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma and four years directly related experience; or Associate’s degree and two years directly related experience; or Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, customer service, project leadership and communication skills. Experience working in PB and/or Epic certification in PB preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to perform job functions while standing, sitting, walking; ability to climb stairs, work indoors and outdoors, work from elevated areas, confined spaces; ability to bend, twist, squat, perform pinching and gross motor activities; ability to use both legs; ability to reach overhead, perform repetitive motions, handle 50 lbs; maintain visual and hearing acuity; work rotating shifts and overtime; work in latex safe environment; respirator use as required.
