About the Role
InterSolutions - - Responsibilities: Complete service tickets and work orders efficiently and accurately; Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by managing the turnover process; Keep grounds and common areas clean and free of debris; Deliver exceptional customer service to residents; Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs, including: repairing electrical circuits, switches, and breakers; servicing and installing light fixtures and appliances; fixing toilets, sinks, vanities, disposals, and caulking
