InterSolutions - - Responsibilities: Accurately complete service tickets and log all assigned work orders in a timely manner; Manage vacant apartments, preparing them for leasing and ensuring they are ready for new residents; Maintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trash; Provide excellent customer service to residents; Perform repairs, installations, services, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards for the apartment community
