Accounts Payable Supervisor – Near Warsaw, IN (Onsite)
Salary: $70K–$80K

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a high-volume AP function in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment. This fully onsite role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on driving efficiency, improving processes, and developing strong teams.

• Oversee daily accounts payable operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Lead, mentor, and develop AP staff in a high-volume environment
• Partner with operations, logistics, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and internal controls
• Manage vendor relationships and support month-end close activities
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience within Accounts Payable
• Prior experience in manufacturing and logistics environments required
• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Process improvement mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
