* General Anesthesiology role in a collaborative model (max 1:4 MD:CRNA ratio)
* 538-bed Baylor facility running 15-16 ORs daily
* General with Liver cases and $5k stipend each case (training and proctoring available).
* No cardiac, OB, trauma, or pediatric responsibilities
* Predictable workweek with efficient OR flow
* Off-site call with post-call days off; typically 1 night/week and 1 weekend/month
* $575K-$600K base salary plus stipend Sign-on and Relo Reimbursement
