Anesthesiology - Anesthesiologist (physician #)

Locum Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Tabb, VA. VA license preferred.

~ Shift: Monday - Friday. 10 & 12 hour. 50 hour work week. ~ Occasional OT. ~ Is there a call involved: Yes. ~ Cases- OB, Ortho, Neuro Intervention, Vascular and Trauma, GI, GU, GYN, THORACIC, CVIR, MRI, Endoscopy, ACS, (minimal Peds). ~3rd Call: MD call shift - 7pm to 7am. ~ Weekend Call: MD (Saturday and Sunday). ~ In house (7a to 7p), 3rd call (7p to 7a). ~ Board Certification Required. ~ Supervision model: 3:1 (preferred) but CANNOT offer supervision ONLY. ~ How many anesthesia rooms are on-site: RRMC: OB (2 OR's), Main OR (15), CVIR/Specials (2), MRI/CT (1), Endo (3 rms),Bronch (1 rm). ~ ICARE/ EPIC EMR (onsite EMR training). ~ No new gradautes. ~ Must have at minimum 1 year of experience outside of all formal training, residency, etc. to be considered for locum work in the region. ~ Credentialing: 60 - 90 days. ~$2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours. ~$Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In. ~$Competitive Hourly pay + housing + car rental & gas + mileage (driving own car only) + parking + tolls + baggage fees + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
