Locum Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Fredonia, NY. NY license preferred. **$20k for 520 hours in 17 weeks, for FT 4 weeks/month providers plus call** ~ Required Shift Times: 8 hours, 10 hours. ~ Other Shift Time: Not Needed Shift is 8 hours, then beeper call. If not on call will be there up to 10 hours, until cases complete. ~ Holiday (Call): Preferred. ~ Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Required. ~ Weekend - On Call (Pager): Required. ~ Cases: General, Ortho. ~ Site Charting System: Epic, iPro. ~ Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 4. ~ Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes. ~ What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4. ~ Are MDs doing their own cases: No. ~ Other notes about the site: own cases when on call, otherwise 1:4 during day. ~ Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: No. ~ Estimated Privileging Timeframe (days): 45 days. ~ Accelerated Privileges: Temporary (30-60 days) ~$2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours. ~$Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In. ~$Competitive Hourly pay + housing + car rental & gas + mileage (driving own car only) + parking + tolls + baggage fees + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
