Locum Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Vander NC. NC license preferred. ONLY DATES NEEDED: * July 27-31 * Aug 31- Sept 4 * Oct 5-16

Shift Type: 8 hour.

Regular Hours: Required.

Case Types: General, Pediatrics, Ortho. Blocks Required.

Board Certification or Fellowship Required: Yes.

OT: Not expected but offered.

Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: No.

Site Charting System: Paper.

Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 4.

Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.

What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 4 to 1.

Are MDs doing their own cases: No.

Other notes about the site: Physician needs to be comfortable doing blocks.We can privilege quicker than 60 days if necessary.

Credentialing: 60 days.

$2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
