About the Role
A company is looking for an Analytics Data Modeler Lead. Key Responsibilities Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for business intelligence and analytics Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into data models Design and optimize database schemas and ensure data integration from multiple sources Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field; Master's preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in data modeling in a Lakehouse analytics environment Proficiency in data modeling tools such as ER Studio and understanding of DataBricks Delta tables and Postgres Experience in the insurance industry (P&C, Life, or healthcare) is preferred Deep familiarity with modern data modeling techniques and big data technologies

- Develop data models for BI/analytics

- Design and optimize database schemas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Data Science/Math or related; Master's preferred
- 3+ years in data modeling in lakehouse analytics
- Experience with ER Studio, Delta tables, Postgres
