About the Role
Four Seasons - - Responsibilities: Create a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests and maintaining an exceptional knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks and information about menu item preparation methods; Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sales system; Responsible for delivering and clearing guest food as well as assisting with any guest needs throughout service in a timely manner; Responsible for accurately closing guest checks and processing cash and credit card payments; Communicate with other team members for support and accuracy of table service delivery
