About the Role
Hy-Vee - - Responsibilities: Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions; Assists customers by escorting them to the products they are looking for and handling requests; Accurately selects groceries ordered online by customers and prepares them for pickup or delivery; Tenders customer orders through POS and charges the customer's credit card; Ensures products maintain proper temperature and is able to load or unload groceries as needed

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
