Poland (Hybrid – Warsaw/Krakow | up to 6 days per month onsite) Competitive / Negotiable Daily Rate Global Organisation We are partnering with a global organisation to hire an AI Tester / QA Automation Engineer for a contract role focused on AI-driven systems, automation, and scalable testing solutions. This opportunity suits someone with a strong engineering mindset who combines automation testing expertise with exposure to AI systems and is comfortable working in a global, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain automation test cases using TOSCA (or similar tools) Deliver functional and regression testing across web and desktop applications Work on AI testing and implementation, including prompt engineering Build and scale automation frameworks with performance and reliability in mind Collaborate with global teams across regions Identify risks, remove blockers, and communicate effectively with programme stakeholders Support full testing lifecycle including SIT, UAT, and production releases Requirements 4–6 years’ experience in automation testing (TOSCA or similar) Strong experience across both automation and functional testing Exposure to AI systems with hands‑on prompt engineering experience Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks Solid understanding of test design, defect management, and reporting Experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps Experience with CRM systems is preferred but not essential We recognise it is rare to find candidates with CRM, AI, software engineering, and testing experience combined. Priority will be given to candidates with strong AI or software engineering backgrounds and proven testing experience.
