About the Role
AI / Emerging Tech Security Analyst
What if your security expertise could directly shape how the world's most advanced AI systems defend themselves against attack? We're looking for AI / Emerging Tech Security Analysts to probe, evaluate, and stress-test cutting-edge AI models identifying the vulnerabilities, misuse vectors, and adversarial scenarios that could compromise real-world AI deployments.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for security professionals who are curious about how modern AI systems fail and how to make them stronger.

- Analyze AI and LLM security scenarios to understand how models behave under adversarial, edge-case, or unexpected conditions
- Review and evaluate cases involving prompt injection, data leakage, model abuse, jailbreaking, and system misuse
- Classify security issues by real-world impact and likelihood, and recommend appropriate mitigations
- Apply threat modeling frameworks to emerging AI technologies and novel attack surfaces
- Help evaluate and improve AI system behavior so it remains safe, reliable, and aligned with security best practices
- Work independently on task-based assignments fully on your own schedule
- Background in cybersecurity, information security, or a closely related field
- Solid understanding of threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, and risk classification
- Genuinely curious about how AI systems are built, deployed, and potentially exploited
- Analytical and precise you think in edge cases and know how to document findings clearly
- Comfortable working independently on complex, open-ended security problems
- Hands-on experience with penetration testing, red teaming, or adversarial research
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or AI safety concepts
- Background in application security, API security, or ML infrastructure
- Experience evaluating or auditing AI/ML systems in production environments
- Prior work in emerging technology risk, AI governance, or responsible AI frameworks
- Work directly on frontier AI systems alongside leading research labs
- Fully remote and flexible work when and where it suits you
