As an AI Trainer in coding, you’ll help improve generative AI models by generating prompts, scoring responses, and refining model outputs. Responsibilities Generate prompts that challenge AI models. Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate AI responses. Correct model outputs based on domain knowledge and optimize training data. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related field. At least 3 years of professional experience with Ruby and ecosystem tools (RSpec, Bundler). Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above). Proficient use of Git and Linux CLI tools. Hands‑on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins). Strong understanding of testing principles, TDD, debugging, profiling, and code optimization. Desirable Contributions to open‑source Ruby projects. Experience with large monorepositories or major open‑source projects. Experience with automated benchmarking, scripting, or IaC tools. Experience with AI‑generated code or code evaluation projects. Soft Skills Analytical and detail‑oriented mindset. Concise and structured communication. Strong ownership, drive tasks end‑to‑end, propose improvements.
