The Role Janitorial Operations Manager Location: Fort Worth, TX Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (some weekend flexibility preferred) We are seeking an experienced Janitorial Operations Manager to lead day-to-day cleaning operations at a large aerospace facility in Fort Worth. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency across a complex, high-traffic environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Supervises, manages and trains janitorial staff of 70 consistent with client and company expectations. Performs quality assurance inspections to ensure all work has been completed in compliance with specific procedures and scope of work. * Conducts monthly safety meetings, on the spot corrections, counseling, and retraining on unsafe practices. * Executes janitorial policies, procedures, and changes to ensure sustainable and cost-effective use of staff's time, supplies, equipment, and processes. * Helps complete deliverables in client's agreement and Statement of Work to highest possible standards. * Supports the Director of Operations and executes the full range of required management responsibilities. Produces monthly calendar of quality assurance evaluations, gathers statistics and produces account-related reports. What It Takes To Be Successful * Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English) * Minimum of four (4) years' relevant managerial experience in Facility Services or a related field. * Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, develop and lead a team * Willingness to work a variable work schedule—to include, day shifts, evening, and night shifts * Efficient computer knowledge, proficiency in utilizing all Microsoft Office programs * Experience working with union contracts is preferred * Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug test; results are not necessarily a bar to employment. * Ability to obtain security clearance Covid-19 vaccination requirements may vary by client site.
