Description Under the general direction of the Director, the nurse manager assumes 24-7 accountability for the operational and patient care management of assigned care areas. The Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse who has a comprehensive understanding of leadership and patient care principles and applies those principles in evaluation of work performance and outcome standards.
