The community hospital seeks an Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist for locum tenens coverage. The facility provides comprehensive cardiac care services with inpatient capabilities.

Fort Wayne offers diverse attractions including the Fort Wayne Zoo, Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory, theaters, and walking tours that provide entertainment for visitors and residents. The area features parks, lakes, and outdoor spaces that support year-round activities, with some seasonal variations enhancing the experience during summer and winter months.

The position requires scheduled clinical hours with call coverage on a 1:3 rotation, managing approximately 12 patients per day. Coverage needed 1-2 weeks per month. The cardiologist will provide advanced heart failure care during day shifts with call responsibilities as needed. Board certification in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology is required for this on-site position.
