Adult Php Nurse

Dominion Hospital seeks an Adult PHP Nurse (Registered Nurse) to provide compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care to adults in our specialized mental health programs. As part of HCA Healthcare, you will support patients through stabilization and recovery, delivering evidence-based nursing interventions in a structured inpatient and partial hospitalization setting.
In this role, you will conduct mental status and suicide risk assessments, administer medications, monitor responses, and use crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to ensure safety. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and a skilled multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Responsibilities include therapeutic communication, patient and family education, accurate electronic documentation, and active participation in treatment team meetings.
