About the Role

Universal Health Services - - Responsibilities: Verify insurances on line and by phone and explain eligibility, co-pays, and deductibles; Proficiently conducts the admission process with patients and/or families and procures signatures; Answer the hospital switchboard in a professional manner and transfer calls to appropriate departments; Greet the public and direct them to the appropriate staff or department; Document in the patients record that Patient Rights Booklet and Advance Directive information have been provided
