Sterling Medical is seeking a Full time Administrative Assistant to support William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, TX
Location :William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
Education: High School Degree General Educational Development (GED) equivalency.
Experience: Must have a minimum of one year of experience within the last three years in program assistance/management support role. Possess sufficient proficiency to work with automated systems utilizing common software such as MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Additional Certification: Contract workers shall maintain current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or the American Red Cross. Certification cards must display the American Heart Association, the American Red Cross or other approved certifying body emblem. Web-based (on-line) classes are not acceptable by the Government
Duties:
Responsible for managing and analyzing statistical data, maintaining multiple databases, and overseeing assigned projects. Coordinates in- and out-processing schedules, tracks service member activity, and maintains detailed records across various departments. Performs general administrative and clerical tasks while ensuring compliance with productivity standards, training requirements, health regulations, and accurate timekeeping in required systems.
