About the Role

UMass Memorial Health - - Responsibilities: Provide effective direction and guidance to administrative staff to ensure efficient operations; Coordinate staff and patient flow including greeting patients, scheduling, billing, and referrals to ensure maximum efficiency; Maintain scheduling databases and coordinate staff time off and vacation schedules; Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports; edit for grammar and style; create presentations; Assist in building referring physician relationships and practice growth; participate in policy and procedure development
