About the Role
Banner Health - 1400 South Dobson Road - Responsibilities: Greet patients upon arrival and perform in-person intake and registration; Verify patient demographics and input information into EHR accurately; Explain and collect patient financial liability, assist with financial counseling; Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, determine payer requirements, and submit authorizations as needed; Provide excellent customer service, coordinate with clinical teams to support patient flow
