Accounting SupervisorThe Accounting Supervisor will lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. The Accounting Supervisor will oversee general ledger, cost accounting, and team performance while partnering closely with leadership. This Accounting Supervisor role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving process improvements and operating in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and cost accounting
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting for accuracy
- Manage cash forecasting, vendor payments, and collections
- Maintain and improve internal controls and compliance standards
- Support audits and regulatory requirements (including government-related standards)
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5–7 years of accounting experience, including 2+ years of leadership
- Full-cycle accounting experience within manufacturing
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting
