Location: Orlando, FL
Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 + bonus & equity

The Accounting Manager will report to executive leadership and lead a small accounting team. This is an opportunity to work within a publicly traded organization where leadership values candidates who are eager to learn, take on challenges, and grow professionally.

• Handle complex accounting issues and provide guidance on GAAP, IFRS, and other regulatory standards.
• Assist with the preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
• Work closely with Legal, Investor Relations, and other departments to support accurate and compliant financial reporting.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff while promoting a positive and effective team environment.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes through automation and technology.
• Keep current with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in public accounting
• SEC reporting experience is a plus but not required
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team
• Demonstrated work ethic and desire to build a long-term career
