About the Role
Job Title: Accountant
Location: On-site | Green, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Accountant):
• Prepare and analyze financial records with a strong focus on cost accounting and manufacturing operations
• Reconcile inventory, work-in-process, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist with month-end close, including production variance analysis and plant performance reporting
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support operational and executive decision-making
Qualifications (Accountant):
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional accounting experience
